Our fabulous pony birthday parties are the talk of the town. Our staff and ponies are dedicated to making your Shetland Pony Party a resounding success and a magical memory for your child! We’re easy to get to from a wide area, being in Cobham, Surrey with good access to the A3 and M25.

About our Shetland Pony Birthday Parties

At your birthday party, our uniformed staff will introduce the children to the ponies. We then saddle up six ponies and go for a ride together through our meadows. Our ponies are placid and easy to ride.  It is fun and enjoyable. Adults can enjoy our outdoor seating in our lovely country setting. On our return we unsaddle the ponies, offer them a drink, and then it’s time for party tea.

Our staff manage the ponies whilst you provide the food for your guests. We decorate the ranch with balloons, a party table cloth, and bunting. We suggest that party hosts bring individual party boxes for children, individual children’s drinks, or sandwich platters. You can also order pizza to be delivered to The Ranch. A large cake or cupcakes work well too.

Party invitations and thank you cards

We will supply beautiful hard copy invitations, and thank you cards for your Shetland Pony birthday party, within the price. We also supply e-invitations, if you prefer. We can supply lovely rosettes – either personalised or our Shetland Pony Club ones. Our online shop has our School Trot Book which is very popular for extra special party bags.

Pony Birthday Party details

Our pony parties are costed for ten children and we advise parties of up to 18 children. We ensure that each child gets plenty of riding. Adults are invited to come and enjoy our facilities. We require a permission form for each child before they can ride. The Ranch is closed to all other activities during your pony birthday party.

Pony Birthday Party prices

£750 for up to 10 children, plus £30 per extra child up to 18.

£375 deposit at time of booking (50%).

Saturdays and Sundays 2:30pm – 4:00pm.

Real Unicorn Pony Birthday Parties

What could be better than a real Unicorn Birthday Party! The ponies love dressing up and making pony dreams come true, and we have our three unicorns, getting ready for an amazing Unicorn Birthday Party in this video.

We advise a visit to The Ranch before your birthday party, so you can be familiar with our location and ponies.  It’s a good idea to book a Starter Ride an Own a Pony Experience in advance, so you know what to expect.

We are very popular and would advise early booking.

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party. The staff and set up was wonderful. We had such a lovely and peaceful party, everything was well organised. The staff were fabulous and caring, I did not have to worry about set up or clean up.

They helped cater to the guests and serve the food – we ran over by half hr and yet they continued to clear up for us. We felt pampered and I am sure so did the guests. The interaction the kids had with the ponies was also brilliant and kids really enjoyed it.

I would absolutely recommend this for kids. We have done Starter Ride too which was also great fun. Rosemary takes a personal interest in the booking and management and I really felt well cared for. What a dreamy birthday. Thank you for making it so special for us. Saima

Just a quick note to say a massive THANK YOU to the team who looked after us at pony club today. Izzy had the best birthday she could have ever wished for, with the ponies she loves so much, a dream come true! My husband and I were very impressed by how effectively you managed a large group of 17 children and as many adults. The organisation was superb and everything ran to perfection. Your staff were very professional and extremely helpful. They did everything possible to make sure Izzy had a great time. The children were very well looked after whilst the parents were able to relax and enjoy a drink. As a parent who is somewhat apprehensive of hosting large children’s parties, I can honestly say I had a completely stress-free experience and it is all thanks to your attention to detail and your great team. Many of the parents have already expressed how much their children enjoyed the party. I am sure this will be a party to remember for a long time!

Sorry, it has taken me far too long to write but I just wanted to drop you a line to express my thanks for Dita’s birthday experience a couple of Sundays ago –

She is still talking about the fun she had (even though she was silent for most of the experience) and every horse she sees is held up against Honey bee and I can tell you most of them don’t come close to him. Thank you for such a great experience – I’m sure we will be seeing you again soon.
