Did you know that listening to Shetland ponies munching grass (ASMR) can be very relaxing. The sounds they make can lower your stress levels.

ASMR

The sound of ponies eating is one of a number of things known as ASMR for short, or an Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It can cause feelings of relaxation, calm, sleepiness and wellbeing. Head massage, humming, page turning and talking softly can also result in relaxing feelings in some people.

Starter Rides – are 45 minutes long and are specially designed as early learning to ride experiences for children. From age 3 years old. £50 per child.
