Do you want to be a vet? Lots of our team at Shetland Pony Club are Vet Students or planning to become a vet and lots of the children who visit us want to be vet too.
On Pony Club camp we run a vet day where you can take your certificate in pony health from the Association of British Riding Schools. Vet day is a fun introduction to being a vet a a great way to learn.
There is also time for some fun riding too and Hector Moonbeam gets into trouble on exam day!

Book Update for Summer Pony Riding
We are daily open from 15 July – end August for pony fun! (except Fridays when the ponies rest)
Please note The ranch is closed this Sunday 4th August 2019 due to the Bike Race
Starter Rides – are 45 minutes long and are specially designed as first riding experiences for children from age 2½ years old. They cost £40 per child.Next availability 13 August 14th August (15th August is full)
Pony Mornings – are 2 hours long and are delightful early riding and learning experiences for children from age 4 years old. Children enjoy both riding and pony care. They cost £55 per child. Next availability pony mornings 28th and 29th August ( week commencing 12 august is full)
Summer Pony Day Camp dates for 2019
- Summer pony camp days and weeks – enjoy the whole day with your favourite Shetland pony. Learn to ride him, look after him and enjoy being with him, all day long. 9.30am – 4pm, summer holidays only. Age 5+. £125 per day or £500 per week.
